No. These are self-reflection and wellness tools. They are not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical treatment. They are designed to support your personal reflection and wellbeing — they are not a replacement for professional mental health care.

Yes. Your reflections are saved locally on your own device unless you choose to export them. There is no login, no cloud journal storage, and no tracking of any kind. Nothing you write is sent to any server.

Yes. After opening the app online and saving it to your Home Screen, the app can be used offline after setup. Perfect for on shift, in a break room, or anywhere without signal.

For iPhone/iPad, Safari is recommended. For Android, Chrome is recommended. For desktop, Chrome, Safari, or Edge all work well.

No. These are Progressive Web Apps (PWAs). You open the link in the recommended browser, tap Add to Home Screen, and it installs like a native app — no App Store required. Works on iPhone, Android, iPad, Mac, and PC.
